Q: Once I place a delivery, how soon can I receive the shipment?
A: If the item is fragile and require delicate handling, our warehouse will deliver via own fleet of vehicles next business day. If the item you ordered does not require delicate handling, we will hand it over to the courier company on the same day if the order was received before 12PM. Shipping will be an additional 1-2 working days.
Q: What if I have an urgent order?
A: You can opt for next day delivery or pick up next day at our warehouse at Kallang. Both options are available upon checkout
Q: Is there a physical retailer presence where I can view your products?
A: Yes. Our products are available at the following stores:

Q: If I need cards and prints urgently, what should I do?
A: Our selected stockists (Silk Walk, Suterwalas, Ginko, Looqal, Maison Soleil) carry our full range and are available for immediate pick-up.
Q: If I change my mind, can I return the product?
A: We accept returns in its original packaging within 14-working days. However, you will need to ship it back to our warehouse. We will refund the amount minus the courier charges.
Q: For domestic delivery when should I expect to receive my order?
A: For orders received before 12 pm, goods will be processed same day and handled to the local courier company. Their committed transit time is 1-2 business days.
Q: Do you have overseas deliveries?
A: Yes. Please key in your information including contact number in the destination country and you can opt for overseas deliveries at checkout.
Q: Do you do customisation for corporate orders?
