Shipping policy

All orders are processed within same or next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Local Delivery (Singapore)

We offer two tiers of local delivery based on your order time:

Warehouse Collection (Singapore)

Customers can also opt for self collection at our warehouse. The order will be ready next business day for collection.

Shipping Locations

Please note that our cards, prints and canvasses are printed only upon receipt of your orders. They will be shipped directly from the  printer to you. If you have ordered other products with cards/prints/canvas, please do expect 2 separate deliveries. 

International Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping charges are calculated based on the Chargeable Weight of your shipment, which is the greater of the actual gross weight or the volumetric weight.

We will take 1-2 business days for international shipments. Please ensure that consignee name, phone number and address are clear to process the shipments. We will send your shipment via international courier services and transit time is as per economy service, typically 3-14 days (destination dependant)

Duties and Taxes

All international shipments are sent under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.
